Catch Up!
I have been slacking on the blog thing. Not on purpose, I have just been really busy now that I am completly back to work. Which I am struggling with a lot! I hate leaving Kaden. I know he is in good hands and all, but it isn't the same as having me at home! I know in time it will get better. I have been totally exhausted! It is hard finding time to do anything. I get up early with Kaden, get to work, come home feed Kaden, try to make dinner and then it is time to feed Kaden again and put him to bed. Then of course I try to get to bed as soon as I can because in a few short hours it happens all over again. So I am trying to find a balance and get some new routines down. I enjoy my days off, which consist of waking up to feed Kaden, play with Kaden, nap with Kaden, over and over again. I love it because I cheat and lay with Kaden to nap! The couch is the best spot! I always tell myself I am going to get some things done when he naps, but then once I have him in my arms and he falls asleep, he is just too precious so I nap with him! It is my favorite (which I know you shouldn't really sleep with your baby, but I can't help it at nap time!) I really enjoy our time together, so it is okay that I don't get anything done. It is hard for me thou, because that is not my personality. I like to be productive with my time, multi task, busy body. But I know the most important thing is spending time with Kaden. So, I am continueing to figure out this mom thing, wife thing, work thing and everything else! All in all, Kaden is the very best thing that has happened to me and I am loving every minute (just wishing I had more minutes!). So hopefully I am caught up on my blog for now...there are a lot of new posts...so check it out!

working mothers amaze me. especially when you have to be a wife too - i would totally forget about the cooking dinner thing personally or what I liked to do when I had busy times is do one of those places where you prepare a bunch of meals at once then freeze them for use later. then you get a healthy meal that you actually did prepare just by having someone else provide and chop up all the ingredients and decide what would be on the menu.
i slept/sleep with both of my kids especially when they were babies, nap time, night time whenever. I loved being next to them and I always got the best sleep that way. I still love it - on occasion.
sounds like your super woman! it's hard enough being a mom, but being a working mom and wife must make it ten times harder. i think taking naps with your kids is awesome and a necessity. i'm glad you're doing it, you need it! take care of yourself because you are the most important person. love you!
